2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the site. They let the site remember your actions and preferences (such as language choice or cookie consent) for a period of time. Alongside cookies we use similar technologies — browser local storage (localStorage) and pixels.

4. Consent and marketing data

Necessary cookies are always set — the site cannot function technically without them and the law does not require consent for them. Analytics and marketing cookies are enabled only after you give explicit consent in the cookie banner.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: until consent is granted, advertising and analytics tags run in a limited mode without reading/writing cookies. We store the enquiry source (UTM parameters) in our own cookie only with consent to analytics cookies. Without consent the source is kept only for the current visit and nothing is written to your device.

In addition, we keep our own cookieless visit statistics. The service runs on our server in the EU, stores nothing on your device, does not keep your IP address and does not track you across visits or websites. Only aggregate data is counted: which pages are opened, where visitors come from (including UTM tags), device type, browser, language and country. The data is not shared with third parties. Legal basis: the company’s legitimate interest in improving the website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Transfers to third parties and outside the EEA

The providers of analytics and marketing tools are Google group companies (Google Ireland Ltd.) and other advertising partners. This may involve transfers to the USA, carried out under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which ensure an adequate level of protection.

6. Managing and withdrawing consent

You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings banner (shown on first visit and reopened via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page) and via your browser settings, where you can delete stored cookies and block new ones. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To be able to demonstrate that consent was given, we keep a record of your choice: a random consent ID, the selected categories, the date and the version of this policy. Your IP address and browser details are not recorded. Records are kept for 2 years and then deleted. Your consent ID is shown in the cookie settings, and you can use it to request your record.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Ukrainian Law on Personal Data Protection you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as to object and withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, uodo.gov.pl); in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
