This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones the Radius Consulting website uses, for what purpose, and how you can manage your consent. It supplements our Privacy Policy and is drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Polish Telecommunications Act, and — for users in Ukraine — the Ukrainian Law on Personal Data Protection.

2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the site. They let the site remember your actions and preferences (such as language choice or cookie consent) for a period of time. Alongside cookies we use similar technologies — browser local storage (localStorage) and pixels.

4. Consent and marketing data
Necessary cookies are always set — the site cannot function technically without them and the law does not require consent for them. Analytics and marketing cookies are enabled only after you give explicit consent in the cookie banner.
We use Google Consent Mode v2: until consent is granted, advertising and analytics tags run in a limited mode without reading/writing cookies. At the same time we keep our own record of the enquiry source (UTM parameters) on the basis of legitimate interest — this is necessary to handle your request; such data is not used for ad targeting without consent.
5. Transfers to third parties and outside the EEA
The providers of analytics and marketing tools are Google group companies (Google Ireland Ltd.) and other advertising partners. This may involve transfers to the USA, carried out under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which ensure an adequate level of protection.
6. Managing and withdrawing consent
You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings banner (shown on first visit and available again after clearing site data) and via your browser settings, where you can delete stored cookies and block new ones. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Ukrainian Law on Personal Data Protection you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as to object and withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, uodo.gov.pl); in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
